Prints, Mounts
& Finishes
Sheri Reno offers a wide variety of printing and print finishes with her
work. All finishes and mounts are offered in Color, Black and White
or Sepia mediums. She also offers soft hand tinting for those who
enjoy this type of art. Below you will find listed a few of her personal
favorites.
Portrait
Mounted on Artist's Canvas:
Each portrait has been enhanced, sprayed and mounted to a stretcher
frame canvas comparable to a fine work of art suitable for hanging in
the finest gallery.
Water
Color Portrait:
Her fine portraiture is printed on the finest water color paper with
the finest inks in the industry. An artist then places all the detail
and finishing touches by hand from the colors on the palette. A variety
of
"Edging" is offered to finish this fine portrait.
Black
and White Portraits:
These
portraits are offered with the same variety in printing and finishing
as the color portraits. We enjoy the fact that we can offer this portrait
printed on the finest fiber base art paper available. This paper offers
the finest in detail in black and white. For those who do not require
this type paper, all other types are offered. We can then take the portrait
and offer a brown tone (sepia) and/or hand tinting. We will be happy to
recommend the perfect finish for the perfect portrait. This is one of
our specialties!
Textures:
Whether your portrait is color or black and white, a variety of textures
are offered. The textures are a form of protection for your fine work
as well as to enhance the final product. Our textures range from a linen
texture with the look and feel of canvas, to the fine mist of a luster
spray to offer a very slight sheen to your portrait. We are always happy
to help you select just the right finish for your particular portrait.
Mountings:
Besides the canvas mount, we offer a variety of archival mounting.
We feel that most portraits should be mounted if they are eleven by fourteen
and larger. We offer a lovely gold bevel for the small portraits you wish
to use for gift giving.
